Rheumatoid Strong is a personal website dedicated to empowering people with information that can help improve their health. I care about privacy far more than marketing, so I don’t spend a lot of time mining data, and I never sell personal information.

This website, like most others, uses cookies to track browning patterns. This is so I can better understand how I can serve you the information in the best way possible. It’s collected by the software that runs on this website: Wix and its associated plugins. This is so I can better understand how I can serve you the information in the best way possible. Google Analytics is a third party service that collects data that I find helpful. However, it’s not personal data. Instead, it tracks overall patterns: Which posts are the most popular? How many visitors does this website receive? How long do they stay? How many pages do they view? And what countries are they from? Other third party apps may be used as part of my website for services like delivering my online courses, newsletter or posting recipes to my social accounts. Course emails may be sent from my Cook2Nourish Academy online school course page. You will be asked to double-opt in for any course related communications.

I respect your privacy and decisions, so you are always in full control. My newsletters require you to “double opt-in”. That means you have to really want to subscribe. First you enter your email address, then you receive an email to confirm your subscription. Only when you confirm are you added to my mailing list. I don’t share, rent or sell this list to others. It’s used for my weekly newsletter, and perhaps once or twice a year I might send you a dedicated email about something special. There’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, you are in control. Please read any third-party's privacy policy in full.

If you buy one of my books, the sale will be processed through PayPal or Amazon.com. If you purchase one of my online courses, the sale and course will be processed through Teachables. Click the links to read their privacy policies.

Refund Policy

Rheumatoid Strong does not offer refunds for any coaching services or courses purchased. Please refer to the details in full when you are registering or subscribing to a service that I offer. Any refund requests related to the purchase of a cook book can be directed to Amazon directly or the provider whom you purchased directly from.

Will a refund be provided if I am unhappy with the program? We definitely do not want to see you unhappy. If after joining, you feel this program is not right for you, we encourage you to reach out to us. You can book a 15 minute call with Indira to discuss your concerns. If we are unable to dissipate your concern, we will happily give you either a full or partial refund (depending upon how many days you have been in the program).
